I'm pretty comfortable with my body, a little bit too much. I'm sick of putting off wieghtloss and the whole "I love myself no matter what" thing. I want to be skinny. I want to look good god damn it. And I need your help =P

Dinner

1 chicken sausage link- 110 cals

1 cup mushrooms- 15 cals

1/2 cup brussel sprouts- 35 cals

1 cup soy milk- 70 cals

228 calorie dinner and I am SO full.

I’d say minus purging the pita pizza today, I did damn well. All I had other than this was some cantaloupe, apple, and SHD soup.

Has anyone tried atkins?

I’ve been on it for about 2-3 days now, and I’m actually liking it a lot!

time will tell if weight is lost. i’m snowed in so I cant go to the grocery store, or the gym….this sucks i just lay in bed all day =(
